A sold-out Pandora from TivoliVredenburg is what awaited Goldkimono on Saturday, January 21. The band already gave two spectacular performances in 2022 at Lowlands and Down The Rabbit Hole and we previously saw frontman Martijn Konijnenburg himself in the Utrecht band Leaf, or as producer of the monster hit 'Firestone' by Kygo. After releasing the first album The Legend of the Goldkimono, it is time to showcase their sound during their first tour.

Postponed longer than wanted due to COVID-19, but it is finally out: the first EP from TESSEL. With balloons, streamers and pastel clothing, the band's first EP was released in Sexyland, ready to conquer not only this audience, but also the whole of the Netherlands. A concert full of tight guitar solos, harmonious bass lines, fiery drums and layered vocals, where no one could stand still and their warm sound makes you feel happy.

A year later than planned, but Loupe was ready to present their new EP to the audience in Cinetol with two consecutive shows and a lot of enthusiasm. Vulnerable and danceable, but also sturdy and melancholic songs that transport you into a certain feeling of freedom. With transparent cloths over projection screens, old-fashioned vintage lounge chairs and colored lights, you were inspired by the dreamy atmosphere that Loupe is able to convey.

From September 10, the traveling music festival Popronde will start its journey through the Netherlands again. On Thursday, October 20, Popronde comes to Utrecht and brings no fewer than 49 emerging Dutch acts with it. They spread throughout the city and can be seen in your favorite locations. Popronde Utrecht has announced the locations, line-up and timetable for this edition.
